2.1 This section of the Privacy Policy explains how we collect your Personal Information.

2.2 Active information collection: We actively collect information from our gift voucher customers (see 3.4 for details). Examples where we may also actively collect your information include when you communicate directly with us via e-mail. On booking an appointment you may provide us with a contact number in addition to your name. You may also provide us with information when we complete an in-salon client hair information card. For our in-salon client hair information card we will, with your permission, collect a name and to that information we add any details of specific haircare treatment or services in order for us to fulfil the requirements of your appointment/follow-up appointments. These examples all enable our team to deliver the best possible client experience as part of the delivery of our business services.

2.3 Passive information collection: An example of where your Personal Information may be passively collected is when you use the Website. Each time you use the Website, we will automatically collect the following information:

  • general Website usage information for analytical purposes
  • details of your use of the Website including your user name, city, country, page views, searches, downloads (file names)
  • technical information, including your device model, operating system of the machine running your web browser, type and version of your web browser, IP address, date and time when you accessed the Website

3.3 During the purchase of our online gift vouchers, your data is stored by us for the creation and distribution of gift vouchers. Personal Information captured includes: Purchasers Name (s), Purchasers/Recipients email, Purchasers/Recipients Phone Number, Purchasers/Recipients Address. No payment information is stored or processed by us, we use a Trusted 3rd party payment processor

  • Secure Trading (www.securetrading.com).

4 Cookies

We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their data practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third party websites.

Thereby we are reliant on the parents or legal guardians providing us with the appropriate information.
